One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active registered account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawals attributable to the duplicate account(s).

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1111kk username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been made by you, whether or not you personally authorised each action. 1111kk cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly suspend the account pending a security review.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. We recommend a minimum of 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

1111kk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your card issuer's policies on gambling transactions.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within standard banking hours. 1111kk does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Matched payment methods. Withdrawal payments will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 1111kk will not process withdrawals to a payment method that is not registered in the account holder's own name.

• Funds deposited in error cannot be recalled once wagering activity has commenced on those funds.
• 1111kk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or reversal requests initiated with a payment provider in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. Any such deposit will be returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 1111kk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this rule by opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms.
• 1111kk reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering in progress at the time of withdrawal is completed under the original terms.

• Winnings accrued from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All sports bets placed on the 1111kk platform are governed by the individual sport's betting rules as published in the Help section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bet confirmation. A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation message is displayed and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not received a confirmation due to a technical interruption are not valid and the stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• Odds changes. For pre-match bets, odds are locked at the time of confirmation. For live in-play markets, odds are subject to real-time movement and a bet will be accepted at the odds prevailing at the moment of server confirmation.
• Abandoned and postponed events. If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, except where specific rules for that sport state otherwise.
• Manifest errors. 1111kk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error (a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault or human input error). Where a manifest error is identified, affected players will be notified and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Suspension and Termination

1111kk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law.
